Luke, which circuit would get the nod with some updates?

Brands Hatch? Donington Park?

Fish and Chips are great. There are a lot of really cool fusion versions out 
now in these new Brit restaurants. They are using locally cultivated 
ingredients and adding some interesting spices and twists on the otherwise 
historically simple fare.

Matched with their custom craft cocktails and it is a thoroughly modern 
experience.
