Voltage from Battery

Checking the battery minus (-) to ground and using a jumper cable to ensure
the ground is a good idea. Check for plus (+ 12V) on the fuse panel. Use a
voltmeter if you have one, use a 12V light bulb with 2 wires soldered to the
terminals if you don't have one. Then go buy an inexpensive digital
voltmeter (DVM).  All your lighting should work when you take the ignition
switch from Off to Run. As suggested, check the switch and the switch
terminals. The Hot (+) lead may have come loose.
