Yeah, might as well park one of those in the garage!

 

The Stratos I discovered later, maybe around 12-13 years old. Again, it was a 1:24 scale Bburago model that triggered a curiosity, so then came the books and magazines on it.

What a breathtaking machine. This was the car that got me hooked on cars. I was eight years old when I got the 1:18 scale diecast (Bburago) model of one as a gift. To this day, any time I see one, it brings me back to that time.

 

Funny story, my friend that owned a Ferrari 365 GTC/4, he had one of these when he still lived in England. Used it as his daily driver(!) until the transaxle broke. Sold it for 500 UK pounds!!! He’s still kicking himself over that!
