I am all too familiar with this. We just hired two new guys recently. Fresh out of school. Very eager to learn and get going (which is more of a shock than anything else), but there’s a steep learning curve ahead of them. Hopefully they will see long term and not expect to earn journeyman wages after a week at the job.
