Cryptos are fiat, too.  Eventually it will be made illegal.  Just like private ownership of gold was back in the 1930s.

It has been a fascinating learning experience.  You eventually get to the point where you realize it's all just stuff and 99% of the time you're being played.  

The remaining 1% is when there is no money involved in the experience.  Those are the events worth chasing.

The past year or so motivated me to learn more about crypto, then mine and buy. I had a friend tell me about Bitcoin back in 2014. I sort of scoffed at the idea. He told me about small mining farms here in Panama. Like many others, I kick myself for not having an open mind and at least try to learn more. Even my low power GPU would have been a winner. 

Now, I want some sort of hedge against fiat money. Bitcoin is like digital land to me at a total of 21 million coins and 90% of them mined. So, I’m dollar cost averaging it, while mining another coin for larger gains. It has a better business case, and very early development. My CPU mines 50 of them a day. 

Been a fascinating learning experience. Keeps the brain connecting dots.

The major indices are all in correction territory, this after trivial interest rate increases with the Fed indicating more are coming to tackle inflation.

Gas pumps have been reprogrammed in several states to allow per gallon rates of $10 or higher.

Most consumer surveys are indicating something like 85% feel a recession is coming in the next 12 months.

Waiting to see the housing market crash (again), wondering if it is going to be a repeat of 2008 or worse.
