Not that long ago, I recall seeing some very good insights about this program, and what happens to cars and parts after an owner receives their "Certificate." IIRC, things like replacing their restored parts with more modern components, and such. Not telling future owners about changes, etc.

What are the current issues and potential issues with having them do a restoration?
