Do you mean to say if it matters if they’re flipped back-to-front, or top-to-bottom?

It only matters top-to-bottom because the top sides of the boxes are bridged for multiple terminals, divided for groups of circuits.

At least with my car, the top side of the boxes is the supply side, the bottom side is the delivery side to the devices. On the GT4, those last terminals are the radiator fans. Yes it would matter in this case because power would cease to flow to other circuits if the one fuse blew on the supply wire.

Front-to-back is not an issue. It’s on the same, delivery side of the fuse. The devices on that circuit are properly protected.

Subject: [Ferrari] Fwd: Question about fuse box wires

I just put 2 Birdman308 fuse blocks on my 1981 308. I took a picture after job done and once I got home I saw that wires “16bd” (Back Down: Meaning it’s supposed to be behind #16).

Should I switch them ?  Does it make any difference ?

According to the diagram 16 is: Horn, cigarette lighter, clock, lamp socket and seatbelt/ remove key buzzer. (That buzzer was loud when I turn the key at ON with door opened).

I’m asking because it took me a long time to put the cover back and if I don’t need to switch them, that will be nice.

I could only test the windows. They do work a bit faster

Thank you!
