If it’s the other driver’s fault, the whole thing will be subrogated (I think that’s the term) to the other insurance company and you will be covered in full, including deductible. SF shouldn’t be out of pocket for anything. 

Contact your body shop to get them ready to walk through the claim with the insurance company.

The other guy had State Farm insurance 

When I contacted them they told me after I produced the accident report and the other driver got ticketed I could take my car anywhere I want too and get it fixed

They had one of there guys do and estimate 

It was a low ball by a lot

So be aware if you get smacked by an State Farm vehicle they don’t play fair ( used car salesman) 

I am giving them until Wednesday to pony up or else I go to my insurance company with documentation and let them handle it
