Great question. I am curious as to when I submitted vehicles I have sold to BaT, they responded they are not appropriate for their auction but similar to identical vehicles pop up there soon after. I see sales well over market value both for collector as well as typical used vehicles. Example is a 2010 MB 550 coupe I submitted about 3 years ago and they did not want to accept it for auction. The car was immaculate with a stack of service records (if I didn’t have an extended warranty it would have bankrupted me). One just sold on BaT for 18k about twice KBB value. I also tried to auction an imma image Ducati 996 and they refused it, but have seen numerous not as nice examples auctioned since. I am am individual, not a dealer.

Ferrari only imported 75 U.S. models of the 512M. Without checking the VIN, it appears to be a Euro version. There was a Recall Campaign on the US versions. The three piece wheels leaked air. I can look up the recall for tomorrow if anyone cares.
