I believe that LdM also had one.  These were not aftermarket chop shops but original builds.

This was one of a batch commissioned for Brunei.  They had a number of special Ferraris done over a period of time including shooting brakes and even a Mythos as a real car.  Their custom orders for Roll Royce are said to have kept RR afloat pre-BMW.
