Ferrari Mailing List: Could this have been the origine of my horn problem, bad horn button ?

Remember, no horn when engine running, good horn sound when engine off. I did a 
few rides like this. Then, after playing with the button’s ground wire, no horn 
at all. I didn’t try anything last weekend because of the Grand prix. Today, I 
tried to hit the button with engine off: NOTHING.
Today, I took off the button and only the button came out. The rest (little 
round thing on the picture), attached to the ground wire, was left into the 
steering wheel hole by itself. Maybe it was slowly breaking off ? Maybe I 
pushed it too hard, too often trying to make it work ? It (the golden round 
thing) is a bit dirty too.

What do you think, should I just order another button kit ?
