My concern is that they just might not have the skill.  I would have preferred keeping Sainz and going after Stella (although might not have been possible).

Frankly, they are lazy.  There is no excuse to be this bad for this long.  I would mandate 16 hour days and set up cots at the facility.  Don't like it?  Leave.

Had such high hopes.

Car looked OK during Quali,  Hoped they had opted for a rain set up.

Looked compromised in the race - no passing happening.

And, sadly, back to bone-headed strategy decisions.

At this rate, I am going to downsize my Prancing Horse and start rooting for Porsche!!  Lol
