All,

We're still around. We sold the 328 when we rebuilt the motor on the 308.
We dumped the Maserati when the cambiocorsa transmission locked up one too
many times. Now we're down to an e30 schnitzer and an e36 M3 four door as
daily drivers to the 308 fun car.

Rick,

No offenses have occurred, just the usual life getting in the way of living.
We didn't know you had moved. That's good to know. We've actually thought
about your family and Rodmon's fairly often. We did a run in Arkansas last
year with Dream Car Garage that reminded me of the London to Paris rally we
did.

We usually go down on Thursday for the USGP. We're open to going earlier.
I could use the extra day off :-)

So, is the Ferrarilist coming to life again?

Later,

Ian

Here's a question: Do those of you who attend this event arrive on
Thursday, perhaps for the pit walk? I know Charles and Buck have done so in
the past. I have to be there for a marshals' meeting at about 5pm so I
generally travel on Thursday morning. HOWEVER, it sure would be fun to do
the Thursday pit walk as a group! I'd change to a Wednesday evening
flight to do that Thursday morning. Unfortunately, I can't get any
privliges in the pits as the FIA and the IMS control that with an iron fist.
Anyone up for a Thursday morning 'thing'?

Hopefully the Poertners will join back in. I don't think there were any
offenses - just the natural order of busy people whose schedules are
difficult to mesh.

Ian still has his beloved 308. For a while there they had also bought a 328
(in lovely prugna color), but sold it to cover some repairs on the 308 when
it needed TLC. Claudia also sold her Maserati, I believe due to some
irritations with the cambiocorsa system, and is now in a BMW.

We have been attending the USGP at Indy with them for a number of years and
would love to see any other listers who are able to go next year.
