For the record - as advanced as OBD II is (it can sense an engine miss by determining if the crankshaft slows down in-between cylinder firings!!) it is old fashioned when compared to CAN technology. Then wait for the 42v system that's supposed to replace the current 12v. How they got 42v I will never understand.
