How old are we talking about? My 82 240DL wagon (beige/brown, 4 speed manual 
w/button overdrive) seats would put your a$$ to sleep in under fifteen 
minutes. Miserable car for a long trip. That's why we only kept it 24 years 
and retired it with 275k on the clock and rust holes where the roof rack 
used to be...

We also had a 77 wagon. Good car, although it got broken into a lot because 
of the little front wing windows that were easy to pop out.
