Are we, as a society, getting dumber?

You mean when they lower the SAT scores to avoid exposing the educational wasteland that is government schools? When taxes are deducted at the workplace prior to cutting paychecks so all the poor dumb proles never realize how much of their daily take is being shoveled into FedGovCo blast furnaces to keep DC warm? When no one can name their congressman let alone even one of their two senators, but everyone can readily recite the names of all the finalists on Dancing With The Stars? When even Ferraris come without a clutch and Lexii can parallel park by themselves, when Mercedes slow down automatically if you cruise too close to the next guy? When most people actually believe an increase of 2.5 ppm in trace atmospheric CO2 levels is gonna kill us all and we must therefore bring western capitalist society to a grinding halt before all the penguins have ruptures from sticking to the Antarctic mud.,,,,
Jeez, I dunno...what was the question again?
