Indeed, to an uneducated or impatient buyer, won't this "certification" be enough to make an impulsive purchase? Who cares if it doesn't mean anything...the sticker will validate all impulses. At least, that's how today's entitled society thinks it works. Brian, you should offer a Buxton Motorsports certification. I'm going to offer one also. I will certify the fuel tank level and spare tire inflation pressure...then present it in a leather bound cover. LS --- "Brian E.
