Buy them on eBay from the ones who thought and planned ahead to pre-order.
Should be a premium of only a few hundred dollars.  Cheap, really,
considering the premium on new Ferraris.  Or go sit out in front of a big
box retailer with a sleeping bag, a piss pot and your fingers crossed.
