Hans,

You might want to read the fine print very carefully on those "Private" 
deals.

They can be pierced. Threat of legal action can undue it. I have been 
helping a group find out who is behind some hit job websites. The fine 
print is most interesting. You still need a good case but if the site is 
actionable and you threaten legal action, then the registrar might give 
up the real owner's contact information.
