  SO they can't find HANS?  Yes.

  Two levels of obfuscation.

  Form corporation in state w/ Bearer Shares (such as NV)

  Register domain name via a private/proxy for the CORPORATION.

  Now suddenly they waste X days/months and possibly a court
  order to run smack into a corporate veil that is another
  deterrent.
