Answers to all the rest are, "Who cares?"
You have to be handier than I am.  There are a lot of resources on this list
(and they can even refer you to the guy who bought Mario) and you'd better
do it before I do it again...
But, get a PPI and negotiate like crazy, you can easily spend $2k without
turning around if you need a service on the car.
