Absolutely...Real Estate is what pays the bills.

The Massachusetts Children's Fund is just something we
started to try and help out some of the kids we've
come in contact with. We've been doing Foster care
for DSS for a couple of years and it just breaks your
heart to see what's going on right in our backyard.
Kids who have lived their entire lives never seeing a
jar of baby food, and being fed mushed hot dogs at 3
months old. Just tragic.

We had a child the other day... 4 months old...two
broken legs, 4 broken ribs, broken arm, rope burns
around the neck. Just unbelievable stuff. Figured
that with $10K a month we can feed over 1000
children...and once I knew that it was easy to just
pull together all the contacts I have.

People have been just incredibly generous...and we
routinely get checks for $100, $500, $2500 etc...and
in a lot of cases the people work for companies that
will match the donation - which is even better.

So...anyone looking for a good tax write-off...come on
by :o) http://www.machildrensfund.com

Regards

Steve
