And I actually beat Dennis to the return post! Must have gotten up for a bathroom break. Dennis, you really have to get that catheter and ankle bag. You're slipping.

Michael, one of our more illustrious and prodigious posters, Dr. Ken
Rentiers, will surely weigh in shortly. Dr. Ken resides in Houston, used to
own a 328, and will be a very valuable resource for you, I'm sure.

And you'll also get a bunch of other responses about the 328, especially
from the legendary and semi-mythical clyDe (TM), who will opine that the 328
is the most reliable Ferrari ever built, and you should be proud to own one.
And then a bunch of others will jump in echoing that opinion.

Then the topic of pricing will come up, which will be divided broadly into
two camps, which I'll call the clyDe (TM) camp, which will argue that
$25k-$45k will cover the spread, while the other camp, which I'll call the
Buxton camp, will argue that the real spread should be $40k-$85k (and Buxton
will point you to the one he has for sale).

And you'll get a bit of noise along with the signal, but that's what makes
Flist fun.

Oh, and re your question about being accepted: yes, it's a common attitude
at the dealership, but don't let that discourage you. It's no different
than going to a Porsche dealership and asking for help finding a 944 Turbo.
They'll stare at you, as that's now a 15-20 year old car and superceded by
multiple new models. As for acceptance in the "Ferrari world", no worries -
most Ferrari communities are very open to owners of all vintages.

And, yeah, the 328 is a beautiful classic.

Vty,
