I agree to all
However the 328 is the best bang for the buck and the a/c will work!

Generalization:
Nobody buys a 3x8 for performance. You will be outrun by any recent riceboxes
on todays roads. So, to get fussy about the qv having a few hp more, or the
328 a few more yet is overlooking the passion. If one is willing to live with
monthly fussing, the carbed cars provide most driver feedback. These cars are
admired while parked and the whole series of 20-30 year old cars looks faster
parked than anything found in showrooms today.

What to buy?...shop condition totally. Most are red but be openminded about
color.
Forget price...look for a cLyDe price on your daily driver but for a Ferrari,
get the best shape you can find even at a small premium as some things can get
super time consuming/expensive like engines and paint. There will still be
improvements and maintenance which will keep you plenty busy.
