Then why the heck is G.W.B. so suddenly concerned about it?  Ethanol?  Corn
prices for farmers, but the Republicans normally get those states anyway.
Reliance on foreign oil? The fewer petroleum resources we burn up in cars,
the less we have to rely on the Middle East for crude and we are less
vulnerable to events there?  I dunno.  Or maybe he's looking for a job after
he leaves 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.?
