I share your pain, but there are no acceptable answers without making things worse. The Bureau of Indians Affairs doesn't promote gradual societal integration through education as it isn't clear that we have anything to offer. Perhaps when the current world ends they will get their land back. They may lack concern about trash removal but they do speak English.
