And then..........

I remember the time I turned my 328GTB over to a young parking attendant at a
Ferrari related party, I think he cleaned and waxed it before he gave it back (
and yes I looked at the mileage) but then its only a car the rest is all
perception. Phil

Hey Tom - Terri and I picked up a phony Christmas tree a few years back (old
age got to our noses I guess - love the smells - hate the allergy headaches)
and we found a biggy on post holiday sale. Guy loads the huge box on a
dolly and says "hope you have a big van or something." Well, we had the
Dodge Mini - but I did tell the guy "yeah, we left the Ferrari and Porsche's
at home." He sez, "yeah, good one." heh heh

As far as the Ferrari thing and perception - I kept it quite at work.
Sheeeet man, we paid less for our 78 308 GTS than the guy dating our
daughter did for his freaking Toyhondat pickup truck with light bar.

Still, we flew under the radar. Perception tho - - - the people I worked
with then were a bunch of jealous green eyed snobs - a killer work place.
