While ABS can work wonders, it still cannot defeat the laws of physics. At a high enough speed, the tires will slip even if you're not hitting the brakes. For example, have you ever had the front end wash out when hitting a patch of ice?
In the video, assuming that he did hit the brakes, it appears that he had way, way underestimated the upcoming corner, so his entry speed was far in excess of what it should have been. He cranked in plenty of steering lock, but too little too late.
