I did a similar mileage on my 911 with NGKs and Webers - pulled a couple 
yesterday and they looked great.  I've had very good luck with NGKs.  I ran 
Autolite's (Ford) for a short time trying to solve a problem - they worked 
very well but I changed them for other reasons.

Actually, I was surprised at the performance of the Autolite's.
