My point of reference is a 308 non-lambda injection system. YMMV Actually a common problem with several possible causes. It often stems from the cold start system pumping gas into a hot engine. I bought a fuel pressure guage which helped me to ultimately find my 'thermo-time' switch to be faulty. Easy diagnosis leading to an immediate fix for the summer is to disconnect the cold start valve by unplugging the electrical plug or removing or re-routing the vacuum lines (but don't leave them open). The cold start injection valve is the uppermost cylinder looking device on the passenger side of the air box. The thermo-time switch is in the valley under the air box and tough to reach without removing the air box. Many have remarked that the air box is somewhat 'dangerous' to remove as there are spacers involved which like to 'fall' into the engine. damn gravity Other causes of problems can be a leaky accumulator or back pressure valve in the fuel pump from holding pressure etc etc etc.
