Any suggestions would be appreciated. Yes, you are right. They make screwdrivers that clamp the screws and they make magnetic screwdrivers. That would be my call. I go two of mine out, one was missing and the other just dropped into the abyss. It will roll around and eventually drop out some hole. After I got the dash out, there doesn't seem to be anything for the errant screw to interfere with - at least not in my '79 308GTB. rick rick
