As a longtime fan of HBO and cable as it is not heavily censored like the rest of Network TV. I lost interest in the Sopranos on the
last few seasons as they were feuding for more $$. I also noticed the stories less exciting. I like Deadwood more, I know they
cuss allot but the actors and stories seem very real and gritty. I could never get behind big love or entourage, but like Larry Davis
on curb your enthusiasm, my wife hates it!

Having rewatched the final few seconds I have to disagree.

(If you disagree with me - please REWATCH the last few seconds
of the final episode)

The final frames of the scene (that we see - it is rumored much more
was filmed as a 'red herring' to those on the set) are NOT in Tony's
perspective. They are US, watching Tony - eat an onion ring and talking
to be specific. It is OUR P.O.V. that goes black, not his.

The bell rings (presumably the door opens and Meadow is walking in)
and "cut to black" FOR US.

So take it one of two ways.

1) Our time with the Sopranos has ended - but they go on

2) Tony had US (the camera - OUR P.O.V.) whacked and we didn't see it coming.

Either way, Tony did NOT get whacked at a place no one knew they were going
to be at - except the family. (i.e.: not a mob hangout)

Of course #2 doesn't make much sense since it's the last episode and we
the audience KNEW it was going to end.
