It's apparent that the laughing driver isn't as daring as the guy who spun.
It's no wonder the following car was falling behind.  He just wasn't driving
as well.  But, then his rival was in over his skills.  

You should try racing.  It gives you an appreciation of tracks like this.

I've had drivers spin in front of me, including one in a GTO.  And, my
skills are barely enough to put me into the top 25% of vintage racers.
