As someone living in Va I never heard about it! I guess they were playing it low-key in case they were wide scale protest?
Who knows - while AAA and others may think this is right I don't. Well, maybe in some cases - I need to look at all the fines.


Hmm.. this may be one of those times that it;s good to have another DL from a different state - they said the high fines don;t apply to out of state drivers - which I don't understand. Why should residents be penalized and non-residents get off lightly?
