Not to disagree but I will. The 328 AC system in y old 328 would blow 38-40 F
while driving. The distribution though is terrible. Two vents in the middle
only. GM customers would NEVER have this.

As for oil changes on a 355, I do mine myself. It does require more work due
to the removal of some of the under tray panels but dealer required? No way!!!

The 328 is the way togo
It is a great car that is easy to work on and has GM air
They are bullet proof as well

The 355/360 require dealer intervention for a basic oil change!

  Hi Ric,
Thanks for the very detailed comparision! The depth of knowledge on this
  list always amazes me.
It;s easy to see how passionate all of you are about these great cars! A
  328GTSi is still high on
my list of "cars to buy" when the money is available - although the 355 &
360 are pretty high on that list also.

I am curious about one of your comments -
You wrote:<<Neither is the front bonnet [interchangible], as I think it's
composite (vs. aluminum on the 308's). The roof panel is not
interchangeable either for the same reason>>

Why would the material of construction prevent a part from being
  interchangible - as
long as the dimensions are the same?
