The reason I asked about the progressive springs is that I had Eibach progressive springs in my Honda and they were GREAT! Gave good ride confort under normal driving and got stiffer under braking or hard cornering. Liked them a lot and they were TUV approved and road legal ! Cheap, too .....

When I think spring, I think 1/2kx^2. Would a progressive spring be one where the k value changes as x changes?
