  Every dollar government spends is OURS - it all CAME from our tax
  burden.  The concept of soverign immunity is what gives us the
  crappy government we have.

  FBI agents can frame someone - and nothing happens to them, or
  their supervisors, or anyone up the food chain.

  How about be start making anyone in government responsible for
  indifferent or malicious acts towards those who write their
  bloody paychecks?
