It's not EFI....it's only EI....timing and spark only.

I don't know if this is possible with your EFI, but the EFI I just installed
in my 911 allows a laptop to plug in and make changes, see it run, etc, Very
interesting - with a narrow band O2  I can tell if running rich or lean at
various rpm's and KPa's - a grid of 8x8 allows many changes.  A companion
program reads the data produced while driving and analyzes it and then
provides a recommended VE table.  Of course, along with the VE Table
(Volumetric Efficiency) a wide range of datapoints can be manipulated - cold
start, warmup, decel, all at various eng temps.

I assume Bosch makes your ECU - do they ever allow computer access to the
ECU to us lowlife non F1 team managers?
