Can't find anything about Stepney owning up. All there is is a copy  
of Coughlan's original affidavit which was available to the WMSC at  
their previous meeting. Planet F1 don't happen to mention that. IMHO  
they are to web F1 sites what the tabloid newspapers (or whatever you  
call them over there) are to serious newspapers!.
