Isn't this how MB got into Indy? Wasn't their program purchased from Chevy
Ilmor and then became MB Ilmor? It's been so many years I forget. MB just
seems to have a history being second/purchasing/stealing technology except for
being the first car manufacturer.

Here is how it works in business. I go to a shop and get ripped off. I
file a law suit. But, ho ha, shop A quits and sells everything to a new
owner - now shop B. I get nuthin.

SOooooooo, now what would happen if McLaren were purchased by say, um, AUDI.
Now this is a NEW corporation, um, racing team. The new AUDI team retains,
oh, um, ALL of the same team, cars, jacks, tires, valve stems and nuts and
bolts. Puts up a new sign. So now AUDI jumps into F1 with a different
painted um, well, McLaren but now called an AUDI.

Is this possible?

DOUG
