According to 1-97 R&T, the F50 has 513hp, 0-60 in 3.6 sec.
The F430 Spyder in 9-05 R&T says: 483hp nd 0-60 in 4.0Sec

So, even with ~10 yr newer technoilogy, the F50 beats it quite handily.
