No offense to anyone but Zillow values are a crock.

For example - I am successor trusttee of my fathers trust.  House to left of 
him is rated 1.02, huse to right of hime, rated at 985,000.  Dads house - 
built same time in 1969 with a view to Catalina or downtown Los Anglese 
is - - - tah daaaa = 720,000.  Why?

Is it because he is orginial owner and Jarvis Prop 13 tax base is zip? 
Dunno.  Similar construction etc.  Oh, house up the street, same same floor 
plan but with uprated kitchen and bathrooms sold for 1.25.

One that is IS cool about Zillow is the Birds Eye View - of some properties. 
None of this two deminsional satalite - oh no - real NES or W views.  Now 
THAT is cool

Onward - anyone want a nice house up scale Whittier?
