>No offense to anyone but Zillow values are a crock. Can only speak about values around here which have been spot on for 8 recent sales I'm familiar with. When zillow started and I was 'Doubting Thomas', the RE Agents in my family sided with their experience with Zillow. Zillow formulas are basically county assessment times local multiplier adjusted by recent sales and take no account of condition. BUT...Everything in life is anecdotal. >For example - I am successor trusttee of my fathers trust. House to left of >him is rated 1.02, huse to right of hime, rated at 985,000. Dads house - >built same time in 1969 with a view to Catalina or downtown Los Anglese >is - - - tah daaaa = 720,000. Why? Cuz the gods want to keep you humble
