3 things involved to do it "right". It's not that hard to do it yourself.Castrol Superclean, fully concentrated and sprayed on the soft touch coating is less messy that the oven cleaner thing. Just soak the parts in a tub with running water, a dangerous amount of super clean and a stiff brush. Cleans them right up. Then prime them with a high quality primer like stuff that says for marine applications. Sand the knicks and scratches out ,reprime them and spray them flat black. I have seen grill paint used and it looks identical to the factory finish but hard and scratch resistant. It's an option anyway. The hard part is getting the white markings back on. I have seen this done and called a "high impact finish" by one or two Ferrari dealers.
