They typically create a pouch in the lower front to lower flank area to place 
the kidney.   It would not have any of the anatomical attachment points so 
makes sense that buns and kneelin' she'd be a feelin' that kidney move.....

An ex-girlfriend donated a kidney to her sister.  Once she recovered,  all 
was the same.  Drinking and swearing as usual.  She could feel  things moving 
differently inside her during sex at the beginning.  That  surprised her.  
Eventually she got use to it and doesn't notice it  anymore.  I guess it's 
something they don't tell the donor about...
