My ex was the donor so space was actually created.  I don't know the  sexual 
experience of her sister with the new kidney.  It was my  understanding that 
they didn't remove either of her non-functioning kidneys and  just added my 
ex's to the mix.  My ex just noticed her other organs were  moving around due 
to 
the space left by the absence of one kidney.

An ex-girlfriend donated a kidney to her sister.   Once she recovered,  all 
was the same.  Drinking and swearing as  usual.  She could feel  things 
moving 
differently inside her  during sex at the beginning.  That  surprised her.   
Eventually she got use to it and doesn't notice it  anymore.  I  guess it's 
something they don't tell the donor  about...
