    I recently read a marketing article ( I can not remeber where, WSJ? )
  that distributorships (regional)
  for Tata can be obtained ( for those qualified) by contacting your
  nearest Dunkin Donut franchise.

  Tata and Dunkin Donuts have recently reached a marketing agreement to
  sell ( and service ) through qualified existing DD stores. Existing
  franchises have the first right of refusal, so you may wish to stop at
  your local DD and try to form a business relationship. Speaking
  Farsee (Sp) is preferential.

  Tire replacement can be handled at any DD store, plain is reccomended.
