First, Ken was not only perceptive, but absolutely correct in defining the  
new "Global Warming" aka "The Sky is Falling" movement as a religion, but I,  
perhaps, would go a step further and identify it as a Cult, with our "beloved  
former VP AlGore" playing the role of Jim Jones (or Charles Manson if you  
prefer) and the lemmings of the "First World" (you know, the actually  
productive, industrial age, world-leading Western nations) filling in as 
Koolaid  
drinkers sacrificing economic and social position so that the Third World can  
misuse their "energy credits" for the personal benefit of their despotic  
leadership [just look to today's Africa]. Personally, I'm adverse to swallowing 
 the 
bullshit, true or metaphoric, and giving up my economic and sociological  
security for the benefit of those who are even too stupid to cease their  
peculiar 
sexual habits to avoid HIV/AIDS [remember, it could be virtually  eliminated by 
the exercise of abstinence ILO Rape, prostitution, etc. 
 
In another vein, I would have to say that my Ferrari is a male. My former  
Agent/Partner calls it a "scrotum on wheels" which should settle that question  
in an of itself but if requested I guess I could expound on that theory to  
occupy an entire digest or two though I would prefer to avoid that task.
 
Haven't named him yet, gender determination was too stressful to allow for  
such concurrent thought. Actually I have not named anything in the fleet, but  
you'all are welcome to make any suggestions that make you happy but there is 
no  guarantee that they won't see the recycle bin rather than becoming an  
appellation.
