Yes yes yes...after 30 seconds...fine.

With fast idle on....fine.

But the one in the video started with no throttle!

My '79 308GTB has to helped a little with the throttle when really cold but
that's because I don't use the choke.  Idle's great though.  And after
perhaps 30 seconds of warm-up, it will settle in at 1000 rpm just fine.
Then again, my carbs haven't been touched since Ric Rainbolt and Joe Martz
set them about 6 years ago!
 The trick with Webers is to set them by the book then bury your
screwdrivers in the back yard, never to be touched again.
