Hey Ed; Reminds me of a horse that ran at both Santa Anita and Hollywood Park back in the late 1960's. Shining Count was the name. Only the o in Count never appeared in the paper. Finally the Publisher, George Hearst Jr. came running?down to composing room, waving the race page in his shaking hand?and said that if she EVER ran again, we not only be fired on the spot, but be blackballed?from every newspaper in the U.S.A. Needless to say ... she was sold to a glue factory that very day. And then there was my idol, Walli Slamm, a BOAC pilot from Beruit who won the Grand Prix of Gibralter, driving the experimental 16-cylinder, 4-wheel drive Porsche. But that's another story. All the news, we print.? Yer pal, Ferrari Bubba? -----Original Message----- From: E M pokiebaron [at] gmail.com Subject: Re: [Ferrari] Speeding Story Just like a good Irishman Larry; never let the truth get in the way of a good story. hee hee ;-) Hey, it brought a smile to my face when I read it this morning, true or not. :-) Ed 911SC On 24/01/2008, LarryT <l02turner [at] comcast.net> wrote: > > Come on guys!
